Qualifications:
- Female
- Must be 25 to 35 years old
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Possession of a Nurse Aide Certification
- With at least 2 years experience either as a caregiver/certified nurse assistant or home health aide
- Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and senior staff
- Ability to provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Excellent communication skills. Bilingual is an advantage
- Demonstrated traits of politeness, patience, compassion required
- Must be in good health condition and willing to perform high/medium physical work
